Total classic. Not much else needs to be said. Considered by many to be the best of the PS2 GTA games, and on many days I would agree with that sentiment.
This Japanese release, published by Capcom, unfortunately doesn't have any hilarious dubbed audio. There's only Japanese subtitles, which vary between humorous creative liberty, overly direct translation, and overly dry interpretation. It's far from the worst English-to-Japanese translation I've seen -- Square Enix and Ubisoft have a lock on that category -- but it simply doesn't have the punch or the flavor of the original writing.
