There's not really much I can say about ICO that hasn't already been said better by people far more eloquent than I. A beautiful little adventure game about a boy and a girl trying to escape a monstrous, decrepit castle. Subtle, sublime, pretty, and touching. Recommended to anyone who has the means to play it.

The Japanese release is actually slightly more polished than the US release -- it adds an unlockable feature that translates the game's fictional language via subtitles. You've also got that beautiful hand-painted cover illustration instead of the generic CG montage that graced American shelves.
