I... I just don't even know. Why, Jaleco? Why did the world need a a lowrider hydraulics sim? Who thought this was a good idea? Who thought it would be a good idea to charge 6800 Yen for it? Is there really enough of a market to justify making this?
It's completely unplayable garbage, of course. Mash buttons to make your car wobble around and hope you get more points than the other guy.
